(August 27, 2020, 7:46 pm)Went today (Wednesday, August 26th at 1pm) store is randomly closed with nobody answering phones, lights off. My GF needs shoes for a wedding tomorrow in which she is standing & matching, which she ordered in store and have since been shipped to this location. Called ALDO corporate service and was basically told they could refund me, but won't give me a manager or district manager's contact info.
EDIT: I was able to get ahold of district manager Stephanie, who was able to contact her store manager who opened the store the next day - (still shut down with electrical issues) to get my GF her shoes just in time for us to leave for out of town wedding. I changed my review to a 5 star to reflect the care, professionalism, and commitment that the district and store manager showed us in dealing with an awkward situation. Thank you Stephanie!!!
