Had my vehicle fixed here, I can't say enough about how well we were treated. It's nerve racking going into an auto place when I know absolutely nothing about cars, except maybe how to turn it on, I went elsewhere for a quote and was unnerved from the start about how I was treated! The office staff here were amazing, the Ladies explained everything in detail to me on what was happening to my car and followed up with me so I knew what was going on, I asked to be texted updates and they were great at sending them and communicating with me! My car was SO CLEAN and shiny, I love everything about this experience! Thanks for being awesome, LaSalle is lucky to have an honest shop with great employees!

This body shop is absolutely amazing! The best and most professional customer service. Their techs are also very professional and great at everything they do. They all work really hard to help you regardless of your situation, and they always seem to make a bad situation much much better and easier to handle. Between Stephanie and Michelle, you won’t be disappointed.
