Just your typical big box electronics store. Low end to mid range products. Don't shop here if you want high end as they tend to get products from manufacturers that are not moving quickly. Also if you are buying a computer bring a trusted friend. I have witnessed many times where someone needs a simple computer and they are substantially upselled because they don't know any better.

Tonight seemed busy but everyone was very helpful and efficient! Grace helped me out at the cash and was extremely kind and professional even though the customer in front of me was very rude to her (for no apparent reason). Awesome job all around, I'll be back :)

Amazing two guys (John and Justin) from the electronics section - they went beyond their job description in helping us out. Besides their friendly and at the same time professional mannerisms, I particularly noticed how they would point out different options that are not on the floor, while at the same time going back to double and triple check the information they were giving us. Absolute satisfaction to have crossed these guys at Best Buy Windsor.
