Great Roofers, Terrible owner.
Mike Cainen is rarely if ever on his roof jobs, he hires any idiot that can hold a nail gun and to top it all off he never pays his employees on time so, in retaliation they refuse to show for work which leads to Mike having to hire or find a new roofer, ANY roofer for that matter.
I advise anybody with a residential roof job to just hire the smaller companies that will do the work right for a fair price.

Mike came out same day and quoted the job and was out the following week and had the entire roof stripped re shingled and eves up by lunch. On time great price same materials used as the sky high quotes I received. Very professional and easy to deal with

Not to often you see the company owner on the roof working the entire day with the crew. Which can ensure you even more the quality your receiving from all the workers!

No deposited at all and not even pushy for payment at the end. In fact, they didn’t even contact me with an invoice until 3 days after completion!

This post a little bit late but Mike and his team saved his big time this past summer!!
Our roof was leaking, we hired a contractor, paid half up front and they took off!
We called cainen on a good Referral from a friend and explained our situation.
Mike’s quote came back 35% cheaper than the other contractor to help us out AND brought the crew in on a Sunday as per my roof was leaking for some time and it was going to rain again on Monday!

What an awesome team! My yard looked better than it was when they arrived! Clean up was Unbelievable, nothing was left behind. The boys even loaded up our leaf bags into their dumpster and took the for us!

We had Mike and his TEAM install our New roof on our house last week and what an amazing job!
