Had to get the backglass of my samsung s10 replaced. Was finished within an hour!! Great service, friendly and professional.

I had IPhone that I got thru our company from one of the “Big 3”. I got it 16 days ago and it stopped charging. I was told that they only cover it for 15 days and that I would need to go to the Apple store in Toronto or Michigan for them to look at it. They were not willing to even look at it or bend the rules and give me a loaner. I am leaving the country on business tommorow and need a phone. I left there upset and worried I would not have a phone for travel. I walked by Mobile Klondike and thought, why not, worth a try. Not only were they willing to look at it, once they figured out what the issue was, turns out something was in the charger receptacle, they picked it out and blew out the phone, making sure there was nothing in it. Great customer service and took him 30 seconds to figure out what the problem was and fix it! Thanks to Mobile Klinik Windsor.

Went in today and was helped by Keith. What a great experience. Very helpful, so quick and saved me from an unnecessary repair I thought I needed. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Would 100% recommend to every one.

I brought my phone S9 to get a new screen and once they fixed it they recommend the new smart shield protector. I thought why not at this point because nothing else has kept my screen safe! Best screen I bought for my phone, and they also have a matte or regular screen to pick from! I've dropped my phone many times since new my screen protector has been placed and it's still in good standing! Highly recommend buying the smart shield protector for any phone and it comes with warranty!

She (Sanapreet) did an amazing job fixing my phone. She explained to me clearly what could be the issues with my phone to avoid any surprises. After doing so, she explained the range of the cost. The service was quick and easy. She was friendly and the shop looked clean and organized. I really appreciated the quick turnaround since I need my phone for my job.
