“Really good customer service, bought an item from the store, got it home, packaging was fine but once opened saw there was some slight damage to the unit (unfortunate, but these things happen) called and spoke to their furniture manager Drake, he confirmed they had another in stock and put it on hold for me, I came in and exchanged it out for a new one, we looked it over to make sure it was in good shape, and he re-sold it to me at the sale price for the inconvenience. Super quick and easy, can really tell they care about their customers being satisfied with their purchases, will make a point of shopping here more often.”
