Wonderful Neurologist very pleased
Dr. Winger is an amazing neurologist and I never feel rushed. He takes time to answer all my questions. I am in health care and I often hear others compliment his care and many people who are close to me have seen him and they agree that he is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable, caring and punctual. I always expect to wait when I see a specialist and I am always shocked to be taken in so quickly by doctor Winger himself.
