Thank you Marcel's collision for the wonderful job you did. My van looks brand new. The people that work there are so helpful and polite. The have exceeded my expectations!

I am 81 years old, I visited a lot of Collision shops throughout my life. There is not a word in the thesaurus dictionary which can appropriately describe this tremendous business Oasis. The office staff welcome every clients, as if you were a member of their family, unlike many business in our society they demonstrate the most professional approach on how to deal with their clients. Marcel the owner is always approachable and instill in all of his employees the definition on how to treat a client. By the way, I am not a friend and or a family member. After my vehicle was rear-ended, I had to decide where to have my vehicle repaired. The insurance company had a preferred company but made sure I was a aware I could choose another if I so decided.
I've lived in Windsor 15 years and never needed body work and so I turned to trusted family and friends for advice. They all had had dealings with Marcel's and assured me I would be well taken care of and pleased with the results.
My experience with Marcel's;
Friendly and professional at every interaction. From the office staff, estimators and even the owner who stepped in to make sure I was fully aware of what they would and could do for me. When I picked up my vehicle last Monday I was amazed. The repair and paint job appeared to be perfect. I couldn't find any indication of the accident damage. I was shown pictures of the seen and unseen damage repaired and was surprised at the pictures showing damage that was not easily visible at the time of the accident. They made sure my vehicle was thoroughly repaired.
Finally.... I was pleasantly surprised to receive a "Guarantee Certificate" covering the repairs and paint job "valid for as long as you own this vehicle."
Extremely pleased. They have earned my loyalty.

From the moment I came in for a quote, I was greeted with respect and given immediate attention. The office staff were very kind, friendly and personable...( and quite funny). They immediately had an appraiser come out who looked at my car and explained different options for repair. Matt explained thoroughly what would be done step by step.
The date was set and I dropped off my car. I was given a date for completion and a follow up calls came later with updates and when my car would be ready. Upon picking up my car, Matt took the time to show me pictures of the repair process and show me the finished work. My car looked great and my immediate reaction was positive.. Upon leaving, I also noticed my car had been cleaned on the inside ( certainly a BONUS not expected☺)
I would recommend Marcel's Collision to anyone without hesitation. And I would return if needed ( hopefully never again or anytime soon). Thank you for your wonderful and professional customer service from each and every person I came in contact with.
