I just recently bought a new Lexus Rx350 from Lexus of Windsor, and I can honestly say this was such a pleasent experience. I was greeted and catered to immediately from the Sales team. I ended up speaking with Tekle. I really appreciated his professionalism and his product knowledge as it made the purchase very easy and comforting. It was the best purchase experience from start to finish and I was assured that this kind of service will be handled in a likely matter in all my visits. My experience with Lexus of Windsor was phenomenal. So great, in fact, I ended up getting a 2019 IS 300! I was in Windsor to visit family and was intrigued by the IS 300, so I decided to give the dealership a visit. I was greeted by Mustapha who not only showed me around but spent almost 2 hours answering questions and concerns I had. The best part about Mustapha is that he made us feel like family. He was courteous, professional, and genuine in every way. I had a very specific budget in mind and Mustapha went out of his way to help me get the best deal possible. Considering how big of a decision purchasing a car is, I really appreciated how patient Mustapha was with me during the whole process! It was definitely love at first sight for me and the IS 300 and thanks to Mustapha and Lexus of Windsor I got to take her home! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. The star of this review has ought to be Mr. Teckle Yosief, the salesperson who handled my entire purchasing experience. Teckle made my experience at Lexus of Windsor an absolute pleasure. He was always polite, personable, and worked hard to satisfy all of my requests with regards to the reconditioning of the car. Teckle went above and beyond by keeping me updated throughout the process with photographs. My used vehicle was also missing its secondary key as the previous owner neglected to turn it in to the dealership. Teckle remained attentive to the issue even after the deal had closed and the purchase money was paid. The key was very well-packaged and promptly mailed to me in Toronto once he retrieved it from the previous owner. Never have I been so happy to give a car salesman my business and I will be sure to return to him in the future.

I would recommend Lexus of Windsor to my fellow residents in Toronto without reservation. Their vehicles are priced lower than dealerships in Toronto and the service is top-notch – both these factors justify the road trip out west for me.
