Came to home depot needed help with a solution for a seat of antique chair. At first no one had solutions just pointed to the lumber or couldn't give a solution. . But Sohail came along and helped with a solution as, well as cutting it for us. He also helped us take it to cashier and find a cart to haul it to our car. He was very helpful in choices with other items needed. He went above and beyond in customer service and knowledge. It is the second time helping us with our needs.

Because whenever I walk in the store all the representatives are very professional and helpful and I always find what I need and if they don't have what I need they will direct me in the right direction

Excellent service from Roger. We are renovating our home and the faucets I really liked weren't instock. Home Depot doesn't hold items that are being shipped in but Roger took my name and number to call when they came in, so I wouldn't miss out.
