Vision Center At Walmart

I went in to Walmart's vision center to buy my first pair of glasses ever. The first thing I noticed was how wonderfully the staff were interacting with the customers already in there - a woman and her 2 young sons. The opticians were engaging the kids at their own level and being super friendly. When it was my turn, Ian helped me to select a pair of reading glasses that suited me perfectly. He was warm, friendly, and thoughtful. He also let me know that if I wanted, I could get a pair of driving glasses as well as my readers for only about $50 more if I bought them together. And he picked out the perfect pair of driving glasses for my face. The entire cost for 2 pairs of nice looking glasses was $200 - SO much cheaper than anywhere else! It was - all around - a wonderful customer experience and I recommend this place 100% to anyone who needs a pair of glasses.

I use to work at the location where this vision center is, in the WalMart. I always stopped in to talk to the staff because they were so friendly. I also used this place to get my eyes checked and bought my glasses from here. I always got what I wanted. I give 5 stars because of the return policy and they fix and clean my glasses for free. Almost anyone can get that and it is never busy.
