My sump pump was not working. They came out and installed a new one that morning, not long after I had called. Very pleasant. Answered all my questions, very informative. I highly recommend this company. I certainly will recommend them to people I know.

Fowler installed a back water valve, sump overflow line and new sump pump for me. Matt & James did the prep work and installations on Day 1. Mason & Mark completed the work on Day 2. Each of them was professional, friendly and courteous. A specific request I made afterwards was quickly taken care of. The Building Inspector commented that he likes the way Fowler completes the work.

I do have an issue regarding the sump pump. When I met with Kyle to obtain a quote he suggested I replace my 12 year old sump pump, which I agreed was a good idea. I was surprised, after the fact, when I realized a top of the line sump pump had been installed. At the time of the quote I pointed out that there is a natural corridor very near my house that collects rainwater; that there is a drain in my backyard and that my street is on a slope and I’m lucky to be near the top of the slope. I did not realize until I obtained the warranty info that there were many grades of one style of sump pumps. Had I known I would have gone with a mid-level sump pump and saved money. Be aware of this when purchasing a sump pump.
