We were planning to replace our aging HVAC system for a couple years now. Taking advantage of Costco’s offer, we requested a quote and this is how we got in contact with Fahrall’s advisor Tony.
He made his recommendations with great expertise and the pricing for the new system was very attractive and two weeks later our old HVAC system was replaced with a new one by two Fahrhall technicians.
I’d like to congratulate them for their great technical expertise and professionalism. The job was performed in a few hours and right now we’re fully enjoying the many new modern features of the new system.

We had been thinking about getting a new furnace and AC for a few years but were always scared off by the price and worrying about which brand is better than this or that. We spoke with Tony at Costco and we could tell right away he is someone who is passionate about his work. Tony checked out our house and made some recommendations specific to our house due to the design and he under sold us on equipment by pointing out that we didn't need to oversize the unit to get the right cooling. The two installers from Fahrhall were very professional and meticulous. They even took the time to thank us for cleaning up the utility room so they had lots of room to work. Our new system is working great and not only is the house cooler, but it controls the humidity so much better. I have the temp set 3 degrees higher than my old system and it feels so much better. Better moisture control and air circulation with the new technology. Thank you to Tony and the folks at Fahrhall for getting us looked after.

Brad came out to put our unit on brackets (as we were having cement work done and Tony didn’t want us to be without air with my small children) and was wonderful he was knowledgeable, helpful and kind a fantastic example of why we chose the company. Couldn't be happier thank you ??
