Chartwell Royal Marquis Retirement Residence

My mother has been a resident at the Royal Marquis for four years. I live out of town but visit monthly. When I walk in, the staff all know me. They fill me in on how mom’s doing. The residents sitting in the lobby are all friendly and happily chatting. You can tell it’s a safe and caring place to live. Recently mom has required extra care and the nurses worked with us to help arrange this. Mom regularly comments on how great and caring the staff are. She has her hair done weekly in their salon and Susan has gone above and beyond each week to make sure mom gets to the salon.

Lovely. Royal Marquis team did a caring and joyful job of celebrating my mom's 100th. They continue to exhibit a caring, accommodating approach with all that they do with mom. Thank you Royal Marquis! Forgot to mention, Susan did a lovely job with my mom's hair.

My mother has been a resident at your location in Windsor for 4 years now. Over that period of time her health has seen some downturns, but her spirits remain high because of the treatment she receives from the staff on a daily basis. She has nothing but praise for the staff there, and routinely tells me how happy she is to be living there. She loves the selection of books with large print in the library, and often tells me about which book she's currently reading. She also enjoys the meal selection that's offered to her every day, as well as the fact that she can order off the menu if the daily special isn't to her liking. The restaurant staff all know her by name, as do the front desk staff, medical staff, and anybody else working there.
My family and I would like to offer our deepest thanks to the whole RM crew for the treatment she receives on a daily basis.

My son and I stayed here from December, 2019-February, 2020. It was excellent. The residents opened their arms to us and made us feel right @ home. Service was amazing. All staff there were friendly, kind and supportive. It was very impressive on all levels.

My mom has been a resident at the RM for almost 4 years. She has been very happy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food and overall cleanliness of the residence is superb. The level of communication is top notch and I feel they know and understand my mother very well. There isnt a high staff turn over.
