R S Craig Plumbing & Heating

I have a very deeply ingrained hesitation with letting people I don’t know into my house, let alone to work on things I know nothing about (such as plumbing.) I’ve had previous experiences that would leave anyone a little gun-shy, so I decided to ask around. Craig Plumbing was recommended, but still, I was nervous. -I needn’t had bee though! To my utter surprise and delight, Mark showed up and was super-professional and friendly. He got straight to work without any hesitation and didn’t talk down to me or dismiss me when I asked questions. He spoke with me in layman’s terms and explained in detail what was needed and why. Mark did the job properly and efficiently (even though I’m sure it was a bigger job than anyone initially thought.) I would 10000% recommend this company to anyone in need of quality work at a reasonable price. Thank you again to Mark

Doug and his crew did all the plumbing and a/furnace in 97. We deal with them only. One very cold and snowy winter we called Doug. 2:00am.. He came had to park across the street. Climbed over snow banks and fixed our heat. They are the best. Also senior discount. He has become like family.

Needed some eel work done. We first hired an eel company and they couldn’t get the work done. Called Craig and they worked until it was fixed. We have a family of 5 working with one toilet so I needed it done ASAP. And they got it done. We highly recommend Craig plumbing
