She was hard working, professional, kind and went out of her way to help my daughter. My daughter was able to pick up her phone in St. Thomas as Rima knew she would be on route East on the 401 and could stop in there (instead of the phone being sent to this store and waiting a couple days). Rogers is lucky to have Rima!
I noticed how well she handled the line up behind us too. She was very calm and her energy and kindness was appreciated.
