My mother passed away unexpectedly and two days before christmas. It looked like it was going to be hell getting things arranged.

Familes First picked up the phone the day before christmas and we had an appointment and arrangements made quickly. Our arranger was Ian and he was extremely professional.

They not only completely respected our wishes but if things needed to be changed we were the first to know and had direct input. They helped with the insurance company and guided us on the legal steps we needed to take.

I am completely satisfied that my mother's wishes were 100% respected and my family was able to mourn appropriately.

Exceptional services provided with very thoughtful staff. Would highly recommend them to anyone I know. They seem to have taken the time to ensure all services needed are right at their finger tips. Even during visitation anything we asked for was taken care of so quickly. We also used Jennifer to speak at the service and she did an amazing job gathering notes and presenting it in a very heartfelt manner.

I can not say enough about the staff at Family First. When my mom passed away, I was shattered. The staff at Family First helped with every step. I went there unsure of what I needed, where to start and who to contact. They thought if everything and embraced us like their own family.
