I've never had an issue. As I read a lot of these poor reviews, it would seem people are mistaking this location for the Ouelette location. For example there is not a 6th floor, and some doctors mentioned dont work there. Check your location before giving an unacceptable review.

I found the nurses very kind and helpful. For example, today I had an appointment that was supposed to be on the first floor and there was a change. While I was on my way to the room I was supposed to go to, the nurse was standing right next to me calling me to inform me of the change. It was funny how that happened; she didn't remember what I looked like and I didn't remember what she looked like. So, she took me to the correct room for the appointment. We had a good laugh how things worked out. This is how I've seen the staff there from the last time I was there; excellent service, I would say ?
