(March 14, 2020, 11:30 pm)This is a friendly and welcoming environment with knowledgeable staff. Tai chi has provided me with powerful healing of my mind and body in a matter of months, with no pain. I have done many types of exercise over the years but have always ended up stiff or in pain. I really wish I had discovered this before I retired as I believe my work life would have been a lot less stressful if I had been practicing tai chi then. I highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in feeling better!
