iAID is simply the best! They cared for both, my mother and my father. My parents both have Alzheimer’s/Dementia so they needed someone with them to help them feel and assure them that everything is okay. The companionship they provided was great. They assigned us a PSW that suited my family very well. The management team is outstanding! They take direct calls on their cell phones 24/7 so my family and I never felt alone. Highly recommend!!!!

iAID really cares for their clients. Staff goes above and beyond to address the needs of their clients, they really show that with the care service they are providing our Mom. Their rates are also very reasonable as well. They were very considerate of the budget we had for Mom's care and helped us put together a care plan perfectly suitable for what Mom needed help with her everyday needs. My mom moved in with me and I was caring for her all on my own. I would go to work all day and then do the necessary for my mom when I got home. I became worn out fast. I just got to a point where I couldn't lift my mom anymore and I felt helpless. I called iAID because I saw so many good reviews here. I thought well, I got nothing to lose. The assessment went great. My assessment was with a really sweet woman. I was petrified because I didn’t know what to expect, but she made me feel so much better because was incredibly compassionate. I felt the real kind of compassion. I didn’t feel like she was just acting compassionate because she was working. This is something so hard to find nowadays. Anyway I talked to her for over 2 hours about my mom and everything that she would need if I was at work and away for the day. From the little things to the big things... she listened and she embedded them in my mom’s care plan. The other woman whose been coming and caring for my mom has been exceptional. I’m so proud of my decision of getting this team to come and be there for my mom. I feel that my mom is getting cared for like I would care for her while I’m at work for the day. It’s a very great and secure feeling that I cannot explain. I know my mom is safe and happy when I’m away because my mom tells me how nice she’s treated each day.

My wife and I did our homework before getting iAID to care for my father in law. We researched home cares for weeks and then finally we worked up the courage to call iAID. My father in law was having a surgery and needed help once he got home. My mother in law couldn’t care for him alone. She was really stressed and worn out. iAID put us at ease with all of their support. My father in law was safe and my mother in law was able to rest and get out of the house for a few hours a day. Their caregivers are very professional and reliable. The entire management team takes all of our calls 24/7. Their personal touch has made my family and I feel very fortunate.
