Bought the groupon for yoga with Bill at Aikido Canada. It is excellent. He starts off with a little meditation time then speaks to the class about a certain topic that makes you think; like honesty, and living in the moment. Then the yoga begins and it's at a good gradual pace. He assists you when needed. Bill is very knowledgeable and I always leave the class feeling relaxed and positive. The ending of the class is my favourite part. Highly recommend!
As an adult beginner, they are very understanding of whatever pace it is that you learn at. The instructors are fantastic and super friendly too.
