It was my first virtual appointment via Medeo app. The entire experience was very positive. The appointment was quick, easy and smooth. So much more convenient (and definitely safer amidst COVID-19 pandemic) than an in-person visit. Dr. Tan was online for the virtual appointment very quickly. The video was clear and audible. He was very kind and thorough throughout the appointment. He addressed all my questions and concerns. The prescription was sent directly to my pharmacy right after the appointment. I highly recommend this doctor.

The doctor was friendly and helpful. The only recommendation that I would make is to give patients 24 hrs. notice for a video appointment. I had only a couple of hours notice and had I not checked my email right away, I wouldn't have known about the appointment.

I participated in a virtual appointment with Dr Tan earlier this month. To facilitate the appointment I needed to download a free APP called Medeo. This was a very simple process. Because we don't have webcam I needed to borrow a laptop.
The office explained everything well and kept me updated right until the appointment was to begin. My follow up was arranged immediately following the appointment. The visit with Dr. Tan was clear and audible.
I was very impressed with the whole process. It enabled me to remain home in a safe environment, at the same time reducing risk to others by limiting numbers in the community.
Mostly it saved me potentially months of worry by allowing an earlier appointment, since there is no sense of when offices can open to the public.

Dr Tan is amazing! Very thorough and cares about his patients. Instantly put my mind at ease and explained everything in full detail. The staff are all very nice too. I felt comfortable from the time I walked through the door. Would definitely recommend.
