He filled forms and did everything for me easily. Since I found him very friendly and kind, I explained my condition to him and asked his idea about buying a house. He explained to me the market and made me more clear about different options moreover the advantages and disadvantages of both decisions. Then I decided to buy a house. Later he found several houses for me that matched my budget and were really what I needed. The most interesting thing was his two offers. I had heard before, that we should suggest a higher price to win the house. However, for two properties which we had chosen, he told us that the prices should be lower so he offered a lower price than what had been listed. Amazingly we won both. After the home inspection, he took another discount to fix the problems of that house. Finally, we bought one of them with affordable value and we are really satisfied with his professional job. He is not only an expert in his job but also a very kind, patient and friendly person.We were lucky to find him and worked with him in this way!
