Honestly, I don't like to shop here often but I needed to refund something I bought just before covid hit and they were so good about it. The 2 ladies behind the counter were great at the 2650 Tecumseh location

Great Auto Service Team! From the manager to the mechanics, the staff members are courteous, professional, have good personalities and...oh yes...know their trade well. They will lower your stress no matter what the job is. Reasonable wait times too - enough time to do some shopping but not too long :) As far as specialties - they seem to be able to tackle just about anything. Whoever built that team knows how to hire the right people.

Please were a mask. Friendly faces everyone one had service in almost every isle. Great prices. Not crowded, I needed a coffee maker and it was on sale.

Employees did good job helping locate items. It was hard to get them at first, but once I did -excellent help. One guy even went to storage to get an item for me-what an amazing service! But improvements needed asap: the store isles are very cluttered and don’t allow social distancing. I saw a cherry picker left in one isle, boxes in lots of other files and general clutter. That needs to go! Also none of the employees are wearing masks-not a good practice. So some things done well but others need improvement.

Great staff in the automotive section. Took my car for tire change and staff was really friendly.
