(March 16, 2020, 7:33 pm)There's a few cashier there that seriously need to improve with customer service skills.. especially when the customer did nothing wrong and the Cx received negative attitude from the cashier and not even a "have a nice day".. i understand retail is not easy, however..still no excuse to give customers a negative experience that makes them want to question whether or not they want to return. I didn't appreciate being treated like I was mentally inferior

Update review: Returned to the shoppers drug mart and I would like to point out that the supervisor cashier name Juana was very friendly and professional! :) her customer service skill is top notch!
