Ottawa Street Dental

I love this place and every one in it. The dentists and staff are all amazing. My kids and I went today for rescheduled work from March due to the covid shut down. I just feel their office is doing amazing as always and I'm so happy with the experience we had today.

truly the best dental office in town every single person in the office is so kind and compassionate and the dental hygienists i get every time i go are so amazing and process any request asap -i asked for a night guard and it was good to go in less that two weeks! my dentist Dr Heeney is also phenomenal cant recommend this place any more. and they're great with kids too!

I've been going to Ottawa St. Dental for 20 years and have always had the best level of care. Sonya and Dr. Heeney are professional, customer focused, empathetic and take their time to do the best job possible. I highly recommend them both!

My immediate family have been clients of Ottawa Street Dental for 12 years now and can’t say enough about the level of service we receive - recently I convinced my parents to try them out after they’d had numerous bad experiences with other dental offices - my Dad had decided he was never going to a dentist again - Dr. Jasey and the wonderful staff at Ottawa Street Dental have transformed my parents view of a dental visit!!! I can’t thank you all enough for showing such compassion and care to all of your patients! I will continue to spread the good word on how amazing your office is!!!!

(edited) The people at the front desk lack friendliness, patience and people skills overall. Everyone in the back is very nice (dental assistants and doctors). I was also approached about this review which is why I have decided to give an update. My opinion about the front desk has not changed.
