(January 27, 2019, 2:29 pm)Great value. Clean, comfortable and fairly updated rooms. Standard continental breakfast, very clean kitchen. Owner's are super friendly and helpful; one of the better examples I've seen of small business pride.
(October 19, 2018, 8:54 pm)The breakfast is not good but the rest is great. The rooms are well equipped with fridge,coffee machine and fridge. Room is spacious and clean and staff is friendly. No extra charges for anything.We will go back there if ever we come back to Kingston. We consider this to be a 3 star rather than 2.5 star hotel.

About 30 mins to 1 hour walk down to the waterfront. Plenty of number 4 or 501 buses going that way . You do need 3 dollars each person in change to get the bus.
(August 22, 2018, 2:27 am)Friendly staff and decent place to stay. Beds are not that comfortable. If you take a room in first floor and you are a non-smoker then you might end up having problems with the smell from outside smoking. Did not like the breakfast choices for 2 reasons - Frozen food purchased from stores is used here. No fruit choices apart from Watermelon and it gets boring if you stay for more than 2 or 3 days. Not a big fan of frozen food and definitely not for breakfast
