I bought a Subaru Impressa at Subaru on Bath St, Kingston from salesman Tim McColman in July.
I was back today for snow tires and car training session. I have to say I have been so impressed with the dealership, sales by Tim C. and service today. So if you are facing the stressful event of car buying, I would sure go there. Tim McColman will do another gaget training session again!
Also he accommodated my request that he stand outside the car, and I sit in it, for the training. I am so concerned about covid.
I am not trying to sell anything, but having gone to car dealers for 40 years, these guys are on the top of my list.
Extremely friendly, didn't feel pressure to buy and they fit me in the right vehicle that will fit my need and price range. Excellent customer service. Would recommend talking to Tim McColman if you want to buy a Subaru.
A big shout out to Paul at Subaru of Kingston Service. I had some glare with infotainment system during specific time in afternoon. I was requesting local dealer (Ottawa) a specific time to stop by to show the issue! I never got the time. After seeing online reviews of Subaru Kingston, sent email to Paul. Paul replied on the same day and asked me to stop by any day to demonstrate the issue. I drove all the way from Ottawa and when I reached there, Paul took time to thoroughly investigate! If I buy another Subaru, it's over here. Thanks much Paul. :)
Highly recommended. My wife and I wanted a reliable, safe vehicle that would maintain its value for our growing family. After much research, we opted for a Forester Convenience, a model recommended by our friends, family, and coworkers. They were right! We love the SUV's anti-idling feature, its spaciousness and windows, and the relative efficiency for a vehicle its size (nothing compared to our hybrid commuter car, to be sure). To make it even better, the service at the dealership was exceptional: The transparency, clarity, and straightforward sales was top notch. Matthew was excellent, indeed!
