Jordan and Elyse have done a great job building United and setting the tone for a great training environment for EVERYONE. Whether you're in there using a structured program designed by Jordan/Elyse or jumping in for an "open" workout, I've never left dissatisfied. They're both very knowledgeable and genuinely wanting to teach proper mechanics and form with movements over anything else. The new addition to the gym was awesome to walk into!
