“Went to mr lube for an oil change ….the guy we had serve us to do the oil change (Jake) was absolutely helpful he advised of some small leaks and that we would need a new oil pan. He also noted and took a video to show that the bolt would not loosen. With nothing he could do but actually replace the oil pan he made sure the oil in our vehicle was topped up and did another check of the underneath….I give mr lube on midland a 10 out of 10 for customer service as he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as super friendly i recommend him and mr lube over and over again..”

“This place is by far the best customer service I've have ever seen. They go above and beyond. I had a hard time with another company in town getting a tonneau cover instulled for my Honda ridgeline. Shawn had one in the next day and crystal was calling to tell me and setting up my appointment. Shawn listen to my story price match the other company that was not so nice to me and installed the tonneau cover himself. Can you believe that. This is unheard of now days. All companies want is your money. These two care about the person. I hope this company know how lucky they are to have 2 great employees.
