  To the folks at KGH Dental,
  
  It is with much deliberation that we have decided to end our relationship with KGH dental and seek care from another dental office.
  We will miss most the excellent treatment received from Dr. Omar and the forever smiling and friendly Jennifer.
  The Saturday of our appointments we planned our day around our much needed and long delayed hygiene treatments. My wife advised that our appointment was at 1:30 pm and so we left our home at 12:30 for the 45-50 min. drive and arrived at the dental office at about 1:15 pm. On checking in, I was advised that my appointment had been at 12:30 and that my wife's was at 1:30 but that both our appointments had been filled. I did enquire about the appointment time by email two weeks earlier but received no reply. I can understand filling my time slot because I was late but my wife was 15 min. early for her appointment and her appointment had been filled as well. She did not even receive a call.
  We were quite disappointed as not only did it take prime time out of our Saturday but it is often an effort for Susan with her mobility getting worse to make the trip in.

  Dr Poorsina is a great dentist and I would highly recommend him

  I had an emergency and they took me in as soon as possible the same day ! Such lovely, kind and caring staff I would suggest to anyone!
  Also a really great option for Queen’s students since it’s so close by and the Campus Dentist is so busy.

  Helped me within less than a week after a terrible experience with Altima Dental. All the nurses are nice, you can actually converse with the people there and they are amazing with making you feel comfortable & less nervous
