“On the way back from Toronto to Montreal, the serpentine belt broke on the 401. As it was a holiday, everything was closed in Kingston. I had my car towed to Action Auto Services. At 7:30 in the morning, I was there and explained to them my situation and that I needed my car repaired urgently so that I could get home to Montreal with my child. Even though they had a very busy day, they immediately took charge of repairing my car. Nearly 1 hour later, my car was repaired and I was ready to hit the road. The price was very reasonable and the service impeccable. Other garages could have taken advantage of my urgent situation, but Action Auto did not. Thank you for your prompt support.”
