(February 22, 2024, 5:48 pm)I am a resident at Chartwell Meadowbrook Retirement community in Lively. It is very important to me to let people know that the wellness staff are of the highest quality. I would like to make special mention of Vanessa Hunder who is always ready to go out of her way to help any and all residents who may require an extra hand with something. Vanessa has helped me many times with small things that make my life easier, for example she helps me put my duvet cover on my duvet, as I have medical issues with my hands.. Vanessa is also known for her homemade bake good, which she brings in and shares with residents. The wellness department at Meadowbrook would not be the same without the smiles and hugs she so generously shares daily with the residents.
(April 13, 2018, 6:47 pm)I have worked at Meadowbrook for the last 12 years. Chartwell is a wonderful company to work for . The best part of my job is coming in everyday and be greeted by the wonderful residents that live here.
(July 10, 2017, 6:34 pm)Canada Day celebrations at Meadowbrook were great. The decorations, the crowning of king and queen, the games, the barbeque/treats etc. were wonderful. Thanks to Wendy, the managers and staff. Happy 150 Canada Day!
