  Four stars, not for fancy or modern amenities but because the staff was helpful, the room was clean and we had a good stay. I can't recommend this as a luxury hotel/motel, it certainly isn't that. Nonetheless, it was pleasant and a good night's sleep. This was particularly important because the occasion of our visit was an ice storm.
  
  We really had no choice but to stay. We would have had to put up with anything they offered. In the end, I'm so glad we had a chance to stay here, instead of risking the weather or stopping at another town along the way.
  
  This was a business trip, a friend and I were headed down south to the GTA for our annual staff conference.

  It isnt the Ritz but its a clean place to rest and reset. Affordable and ideal for long term stays.

  Was great! Clean and quiet!! We came in with 2 small children and 1 lg dog and was a great nights sleep

  Clean rooms, full service kitchenettes, well maintained. KB makes sure everything is well stocked.

  For what it is; a cheap, clean, and friendly inn, it is fantastic. Rooms are clean and warm, management is very friendly, prices are good for a quiet Inn. It is a little far from Sudbury however so eating late can be a bit difficult without a 15 minute drive into town.
