This business is definitely a class act. They were quick, straight forward and honest. I would definitely recommend and go back to this autoshop! The best ive come across is Sudbury!

While I haven't technically had a customer experience here (yet), this shop went out of their way to help my mother & I when we experienced a problem an hour away from home.

We walked in ~45 minutes before close on a Friday, as it was the closest shop when we noticed the problem. Every employee was busy working, the shop looked professional, and the staff was engaged.

A man (possibly the owner) approached us and took time out of his busy day to help us. Despite the fact we weren't paying customers, and the shop was full & closing soon, he figured out the problem (outside), thoroughly explained it, and gave us recommendations on what to do next.

He was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, and we are extremely grateful for his kindness. It would have been easy for him to say "not my problem", but he didn't. I cant properly express how much relief this gave us.

This shop prevented us from getting into a dangerous situation because had we tried to drive home, it likely would have ended badly.

We will be booking with them in the future, because service like this is worth the hour drive!
