Great store with a very friendly staff...it’s one of my favourite stores period!!! I’ve bought my iPhone 11 Pro,Apple Watch series 5 (black stainless steel) and AirPod pros there among other things lol...thanks to the staff and owners and stay safe!!! ????

From the first time I bumped into Kyle to the many times I have stopped by the store (and most recently Speaking to Gabby) the kind service and knowledge of Apple products is literally second to none in the greater Sudbury area.

I cannot recommend Jump enough.

Once again the staff at Jump+ outdid themselves. Gabby went above and beyond what was expected and made sure we got what we came in for. She’s simply wonderful! We always go back for a reason.

Don was excellent. He was incredibly understanding of how important it was for me to have my laptop back within a short time frame and prioritized it accordingly. He was very professional, courteous, responded to emails quickly, and provided detailed explanations regarding the issue and how it would be resolved. I'm incredibly appreciative. Since getting it back its been working great!
