Don't let yourself be intimidated by the pedigree of the world class instructors, everyone is welcome to learn and train here. Families and newbies included. I know I'll be training here for a long time.

I've trained at other places in Sudbury and can honestly say that you would be doing yourself a disservice by training anywhere but Troop MMA. Being a female in martial arts, I found that the Troop are always so welcoming and accepting. I couldn't imagine being part of any other academy.
