(April 2, 2018, 2:56 pm)Excellent food, price was a bit high. Environmentally, it’s a disaster. There’s a sign that talks about what is and is not recyclable, yet the two holes go to the same garbage can. We weren’t asked if the meal was for here or to go so there was unnecessary waste created.
THEN
We spoke to the owner and he told us that everything that looked like it was trash is actually highly biodegradable.
Great business model. Good luck with the franchise.
