We were introduced to the advantages of a salt chlorine generator that allowed us to make our decision to purchase one.
Our sales rep Craig was able to compare different systems with us, so that what we purchased met our specific needs. He also gave us very good advise about how to winterize our pool once installed to ensure the longevity of our investment.

(October 13, 2018, 7:39 pm)Incredible! We bought a house with a hot tub and didn’t have a hot clue about how to operate or clean it. We went in on a busy Saturday morning and David gave us a full tutorial on how hot tubs work I. General and then on our specific model. He very patiently answered all of our questions (which were many and varied!), anticipated what we were thinking next, gave us excellent advice and had us with the right products in hand to test and clear up our hot tub. He also provided us with the website link to the user manual so we could learn more on our own. Shelley at the cashier desk is so lovely and friendly. An amazing experience and certainly would not hesitate to recommend!!
