(January 16, 2019, 1:14 pm)Had requested inspection and servicing on a very old Coleman gas furnace (approx 30 yrs old). Borts Heating had the best price. Unfortunately, the furnace was too old, parts were no longer manufactured.. Having witnessed first hand that the heat exchanger was deficient, we were in need of a new furnace, it was not a great situation.. However, Borts had provided temporary heating for the home and were extremely quick & friendly in installing a new furnace and although the unexpected costs of a new furnace will catch anyone off guard, the price was phenomenal! I'd pick Borts any day of the week..
(September 14, 2018, 1:46 am)We were having an issue with our air conditioner during the hottest part of July. They booked an appointment quickly and worked with our schedules. The technician, Ariel, arrived on time and was professional, courteous, and respected our property. It turned out to be a minor issue she fixed quickly. She even gave us an impromptu lesson on how to use our air exchanger correctly and ensured all our concerns were addressed. My fall furnace service is already booked.
(September 14, 2018, 12:46 am)We felt well taken care of when our furnace air conditioner stoped working during the heat wave. Ariel was very helpful and went above teaching us how to efficiently use our system. We will call them in the future.
