  Dropped off my sled on a Tuesday morning. They were very busy and could not get a look at it for a few days. The good news is that they looked at it the day they said they would, ordered parts, and it was fixed on the day they said it would be. No extra surprises when I went to pick it up. I like that the service guys were very honest in timeline and when they could fix it. All around great service, Thanks Jim!

  We arrived and walked up to counter. Two employees sitting having their lunch and talking. After a minute or two of standing there we had to interrupt them to ask "Who wants to sell a snowmobile " and where there washroom is. After using the washroom again had to stand at counter waiting to be acknowledged by the employee when someone else walked by and I asked them who a sales person is.

  Won't be purchasing a sled here because of the two guy sitting at the service counter that were unwilling to be helpful
