I had posted a review of of a chimney that i was sold 4 years ago that had given my wife and i nothing but problems .
Well Jukka saw my post and came to our home and looked at out issue.
This gentleman sent his team out to replace my whole chiminey yesterday.
He went out of his way to fix our problem and satisfy us .
We have utmost respect for this man and his company.

When we built our first small cabin, the salesperson walked me through exactly what was required to properly install our woodstove and chimney. I came back when we built a larger building and received the same great service in sales as well as for the follow-up WETT certification from Jukka. Thank you!

I am not dissatisfied, but I am disappointed about the amount of hassle during this exchange and the price associated with the installation.
