(January 24, 2019, 2:58 pm)My Tacoma truck remote starter had a problem. the truck only runs for 1 min or less.. I called them and was talking with Mike. Mike asked me some questions to troubleshoot the issue whish u dont see this to often these days. He said: "if i can fix over the phone it will save me a trip and trouble etc" Last night i followed his instructions and i was able to fix it. the truck was set to 1min run time. I was so happy, I recommended this business. its not all about making a sale..its customer service. thank u Mike and i hope u get a raise or something..

(October 13, 2017, 10:18 pm)Outstanding staff. I went here after laking toyota told me that my brand new corolla speaker is not covered under warranty. I went to this shop to get me a new speaker and when their installer tested my speakers he told me that all the speakers are working properly it's just my settings are not right and tuned my system for no charge. I told this story because northern auto sound could have robbed me but they didn't and they were super honest and told me to keep my money if the speakers are good. Both the gentleman on the front counter were extremely nice and helpful. I'm beyond satisfied. And laking toyota technicians don't know what their doing. Big thank to Northern Auto Sound for saving me money.
