  I can't say enough about the experience I had at the Sudbury Brick on February 6th 2019. Furniture shopping can be overwhelming at times and from beginning to end the customer service was top notch. Special thank you to Bob and Peter for going above and beyond for me as a customer. Having never purchased anything from the brick I found prices to be reasonable and selection to be great! I originally went in to purchase 2 new chairs for my office and due to the fabulous customer service and pricing I ended up purchasing a brand new kitchen table with 6 chairs for an amazing price I couldn't refuse. I will not hesitate to return to this brick location and I highly recommend Peter or Bob for all customer needs. Thank you for not being pushy sales men and ensuring we are satisfied.

  Never thought I would give The brick a five star since I saw many negative reviews about the brick before, but my recent experience totally changed my mind. Staffs are super nice and helpful. I bought a king mattress and two pillows on Black Friday and I was so enjoyed my conversation with manager. I went back for the bed frame again after Black Friday (long story about why I didn't buy everything one time on Black Friday) , the manager and salesman Ryan was so nice to give me a good deal even it was not on sale any more. I really appreciate that and will come back for sure!

  What a wonderful atmosphere to be surrounded in when making a big purchase. Nothing better than excellent customer service as well. PJ was amazing and took his time to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Will be returning in the future. Thank you PJ!

  Amazing service! My girlfriend and I purchased a new king bed set and absolutely loved the experience! The manager was so helpful , he asked about sleep tendencies and comfort. I love my new pillow! I'll be back for my big screen tv in a few months!
