(September 23, 2021, 11:22 pm)I don't even think I can put into words how much I would reccomend Jon from Great Lakes. I had a heating emergency outside of what other contractors would consider regular business hours, and he was able to get it solved over the course of half an hour. He was professional, friendly, and best of all he actually walked me through and showed me what the issue was and what to do incase the issue persists. 14/10 WOULD RECCOMEND!
