(February 19, 2021, 7:49 pm)Wonderful, life-changing classes!!! Studio is absolutely beautiful. Cedar Wellness is amazing for fitness/ wellness; offers guided meditation, yoga, spin classes and more! Love ALL the classes. Instructor Jessica is very, knowledgeable, kind and motivating. Also appreciate that Jessica is a huge mental health advocate and is involved in the community! I highly recommend her fitness/ wellness classes to anyone and everyone. Offered virtually! Check their website out!
