Called to speak to a salesman regarding their different options, but they ended up helping us troubleshoot the problem and it works like a charm now! They may not have gotten a sale this time, but they've gained a customer for life!

They told me how impressed they were with the care and time that was taken to install the door and ensure it was working flawlessly. So I called and OnTrack came out to do an on-site measurement. They helped with going through the various products..and picking the design of the door.
I had some additional questions and they came back out and took time to discuss my needs with me onsite. The door is now installed and it is great. The door and opener works great...so quite and opens smoothly. On Track did a great job and their service people were great to work with.
