A large and well stocked Home store with typical hardware and some really nice home and kitchen items.

I recently brought in a defective item that I purchased back in the fall without the receipt or the box that it came in. I didn't think that there was any hope of getting a refund because of my negligence with the receipt, though at the very least, I wanted to give them my feedback on the product. To my grateful surprise, the gentlemen at customer service went above and beyond to remedy this for me by locating the record of purchase on their computer system, which allowed me to return the item and be refunded.

I highly recommend this store, not only for the selection they offer, but for the excellent customer service. In addition, Home Hardware is proudly Canadian, unlike some of the other big name home improvement/hardware stores.🇨🇦
