(August 20, 2022, 7:34 pm)Finally found time to visit Bill's Koi. So worth the drive!!! I scored a beautiful Karasu butterfly koi and a couple of Chagoi. Bill was kind and knowledgeable and he obviously cares about his fish! He has a large assortment at good prices. We did find it difficult to see the colours of the koi due to the colour of the water (tannins maybe?), But Bill took the time to gently net and raise the fish so we could have a better view. He was patient with us as we decided on or requested specific fish and educated us about the names, showed us the parents, etc.
He even gave us a little tour to show the thousands of tiny babies he bred for selling next year.
I look forward to going back next year to see what this year's new baby koi turn into.
