Rural Net

Bell, Rogers, Xplornet etc. should be ashamed of themselves compared to Rural Net.

They provide the service they promise with humility and efficiency.

I struggled to balance a Bell LTE and Xplornet "unlimited" ISP for years until Rural Net came into our village of Dunedin, Ontario.

My personal and professional life are forever changed; i equate high speed internet to having access to clean drinking water and I can thank Rural Net for that 100%. My wife & I working online full time requires the fastest and most efficient internet access available.

Rural Net should be in every small town that has been neglected for too long now. The internet is an essential service and Rural Net is an essential business.

We are new clients of Ruralnet. It was super simple to get a service call to set up our service. It was installed and tested, and works, which is not so easy to find for our location, which is not really close to any town or village. The folks I have dealt with have been excellent. There has been a service issue in our area, but it was dealt with quickly, and with great response from the company. We are getting a service upgrade in our area soon, and I am super looking forward to even better internet. This is coming from somebody who had big city broadband until this move, so it was refreshing to find a good company that would provide us high speed service.

So happy I made the call to look into rural net right from the get go all my questions were answered by Joanne in a great customer service manner that went above and beyond and set up the install appointment promptly. Install day came and they showed up right on time and any other questions I had were answered by Devin and the install went quick and clean job done. Once the install was done and up and running Devin spent the time to make sure all was running right and spent extra time because he was making sure it was up to his standards and stayed that way and running perfect so far I've had no issues and the speed of service is great I would recommend looking into rural net if you can get it no more xplornet for me finally feel like I am getting value for the money I spend

We have had this service for about four months now and couldn't be more pleased. The speeds are exactly as promised and their customer service has been outstanding. This is a welcome change from our experience with our previous provider (satellite).
